In addition to the development of test materials, DTG Testing undertakes the management of the Engineering Channel, the facility whereby manufacturers can upgrade the software in their products by means of an over-air delivery method. Further details on the Engineering Channel.
As part of the DTG's Interoperability Initiative, DTG Testing makes available it's resource of over 50 different DTT receivers for application testing so as to ensure that broadcast applications produce the desired experience for viewers whilst not presenting any risks to the normal operation of receivers.
The Company test facilities are located at the DTG offices in Vauxhall, London
The site is close to Vauxhall railway and underground stations.
